321(S32100)Characteristics of SUS321:
The titanium content of SUS321 stainless steel is at least five times the amount of its carbon content. This addition is beneficial to reduce or eliminate chromium carbide precipitation resulting from welding or exposure to high temperatures. It can also improve the intergranular corrosion resistance of SUS321. Solid solution, pickling, strain hardening, cold-drawing, polishing.Applications of SUS321:
SUS321 is extensively used in aircraft parts, such as manifolds, chemical processing equipment, welded equipment, jet engine parts as well as exhaust systems where operating temperatures are higher than 800℉ and corrosive conditions are not too severe.
