UNS S35000
precipitation hardening stainless stee 633 (UNS S35000) is added with molybdenum and nitrogen.The hardness of 633/is low and reaches less than 30HRC after solution treatment , which is ease for cutting and cold forming.

Forging process of 633 (UNS S35000)
Preheat / ℃ heating temperature / ℃ initial forging temperature / ℃ final forging temperature / ℃ Cooling
800 1180 ~ 1200 1150 ~ 1160 ≥ 930 air-cooled
Heat treatment of 633/S35000
Solution temperature is 1020 ~ 1100 ℃, water, hardness ≤ 36HRC.
Application
633 (UNS S35000) can be made into bars and strips for other use.
