UNS30409Overview and features of 304H:
304H is a type of chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel, heat resistant stainless steel as well as American standard stainless steel. Its high carbon content delivers an increased tensile strength and yield strength and makes it very suitable for the applications where elevated temperatures are present. Great carbon resistance also gives 304H high heat resistance. In addition, 304H has the features of good weldability, great corrosion resistance, high structure stability, excellent cold deformation capability and great short and long term creep strength. The highest operating temperature can achieve 650℃, and the highest anti-oxidation temperature up to 850℃.Chemical compositions of 304H (%):

Applications of 304H:
In general, 304H is used in the oil refining, gas and chemical industry, industrial boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pipelines, condensers and so on. It is also available for the applications throughout the power generation industry.
